Louie Whitmarsh is an illustrator based in Chelmsford. having a Diploma in Art, Design, and Media, from Chelmsford College. He enjoys digital painting, using texture brushes to make bright and colourful illustrations.
When he's not drawing, he is out and about in Chelmsford volunteering in a gallery called at Artists At The Meadows talking with his fellow artists. Or is 3D modelling in block bench making low poly artwork.
